We take great care in shipping your products to you, hence we partner only with reputed international courier companies to deliver your orders.

We are dispatching Tea to most parts of India! However, delivery times may be longer than usual due to restricted movement and regulations. We need your wholehearted support!

INDIAN DELIVERY

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 1000.
• Cash on Delivery option is available at a charge of INR 75.
• Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, dispatches may take 1-4 days. The delivery time and rates vary from place to place.

We ships Monday to Saturday. We do not ship during Sundays and on public holidays in India. Our shipping cut-off time is 12.30pm IST. Orders placed after 12.30pm IST will be processed the next business day.

Our shipping partner is Shiprocket. You will always receive an email with the shipping number which will help you track your order on the Shiprocket website.

It usually takes 3-7 days for delivery of your order. For metro cities, it is usually within 48 working hours. Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday.

There is only one standard shipping option on the website. Incase you want an expedited delivery, please write to info@teaano.com or call +91 8828020003 and we can check if an express shipping option is available for your address.
